A rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store makes these tacos simple and savory.
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 10 whole-wheat tortillas
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1-2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 1 bag reduced-fat cheese
- Shred the rotisserie chicken.
- Add the shredded chicken to the whole-wheat tortillas.
- Add the avocados, tomatoes, black beans, lettuce and cheese on top of the chicken.
