3 Bean Crockpot Chili

Serves: 1 cup, makes 8 servings


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 onion , diced
  • 1 green peeper, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo/pinto beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder


DIRECTIONS


  1. Combine all ingredients in 4-5 quart crockpot
  2. Cover crockpot and place on low heat for 5-6 hours
  3. Serve with low-fat cheese, whole grain corn tortilla chips, low fat sour cream
