INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion , diced
- 1 green peeper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo/pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in 4-5 quart crockpot
- Cover crockpot and place on low heat for 5-6 hours
- Serve with low-fat cheese, whole grain corn tortilla chips, low fat sour cream
