Greek yogurt can add a yummy and healthy zip to your party dip. Toast a few pitas and pair them with this simple, classic dip.
- 16 ounces low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- Combine ingredients in a small serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
