    Greek yogurt can add a yummy and healthy zip to your party dip. Toast a few pitas and pair them with this simple, classic dip.

  • Ingredients

    • 16 ounces low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
    • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
    • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Combine ingredients in a small serving bowl.
    2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
