    Lots of delicious flavors make this quick and easy parfait a hit at the breakfast table.
  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    • 1/4 cup low-fat granola
    • A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional)

    Instructions

    1. In a glass or sundae dish, layer low-fat yogurt, pumpkin puree and low-fat granola.
    2. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
