    Fire up that grill and get ready to impress the family with these fancy, yet simple, kabobs.
  • Ingredients

    • 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • Balsamic vinaigrette
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    • 1/2 onion
    • 1 red pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1 green pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces

    Instructions

    1. Marinate chicken in balsamic vinaigrette for 30 minutes, or up to a few hours before grilling.
    2. Skewer, alternating chicken, onion, pepper and cherry tomatoes. Brush with olive oil.
    3. Grill until chicken is fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
