    Grilled peaches are juicy and naturally sweet. This is the perfect dessert for a hot summer night.
  • Ingredients

    • 4 peaches
    • Olive oil

    Instructions

    1. Cut 4 peaches in half. Remove pit, but leave skin on.
    2. Brush flesh with olive oil.
    3. Grill, flesh side down, 3 to 5 minutes until grill marks appear and peach is tender.
    4. Serve with meal or with plain, low-fat yogurt for dessert.
