    Don't labor over the stove for tonight's side dish. Whip up this scrumptious pasta salad for a healthy side with loads of flavor.
  • Ingredients

    • 1 cup whole-wheat pasta
    • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta, crumbled
    • 1/3 cup pitted black olives, diced
    • Black pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    1. Cook pasta according to the package directions.
    2. Drain pasta and transfer to large bowl.
    3. Stir in olive oil, then tomatoes and green bell pepper.
    4. Stir in garlic, feta, basil and black olives.
    5. Add black pepper to taste (optional).
    6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
