    Slow cooker meals are meant to be simple and flavorful. This classic recipe is no exception.
  • Ingredients

    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    • Garlic powder, to taste
    • Salt, to taste
    • Pepper, to taste
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 cup raw baby carrots
    • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
    • 4 sweet potatoes, quartered

    Instructions

    1. Place vegetables on bottom of 4- or 5-quart slow cooker.
    2. Lay chicken on top. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    3. Cover slow cooker and place on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
