- 4 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar or Dijon mustard
- Add cucumbers, onions, dill and vinegar to a large bowl.
- Toss well.
- Cover and chill for 15 minutes before serving.
