    • Lemon, lime and orange slices
    • Fresh basil with strawberries and/or lemon slices
    • Watermelon and fresh rosemary
    • Cucumber and mint
    • Berry mix: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and/or blackberries
    • Cherry and lime
    • Mango and pineapple
    • Strawberry and kiwi
  • Ingredients

    • A variety of fruits, veggies and herbs (such as berries, cucumber, lemon, lime, mint or basil)
    • Plain water


    1. Cut fruit and/or veggies into small pieces.
    2. Add 1-3 pieces of fruits, veggies or herbs to a water bottle or cup.
    3. If using a water bottle, have some fun and shake it to help enhance the flavor(s)!
    4. Be creative and try a variety of fruit and veggie combinations.
